Joe has 13 years of water & natural resource management experience specializing in GIS Terrain Analysis, water quality modeling (HSPF), TMDL studies, Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategies (WRAPs), and agricultural BMP prioritization. He also has extensive experience performing natural resource inventories, aquatic plant identification, and wetland delineations. Joe is dedicated to delisting impaired water bodies and protecting natural resources for future generations, and is committed to incorporating advancements in technology to help implement renewable energy solutions, identifying critical source areas for implementation and conservation. For the past five years he has also served as a 1st Lieutenant Signal Officer in the Army National Guard.
