Chris Phenner is VP of Business Development at FLASH, who converts parking infrastructure to provide EV-ready experiences. Chris works with automakers, navigation system suppliers and consumer mapping apps to enable smooth charging and parking experiences. Chris has worked with location data and point of interest data since 2014 at Gimbal (spun out of Qualcomm) and Foursquare, where he led the Mobility vertical. Chris has a joint MBA from U.C. Berkeley and Columbia universities, and is co-author of six U.S. patents.
