Patrick Macdonald-King is currently the CEO of Greenlane Infrastructure, LLC, a $675 million joint venture established by Daimler Truck North America, LLC, NextEra Energy Resources and BlackRock to build a high-performance, nationwide, zero-emission charging and hydrogen refueling network for medium- and heavy-duty battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in the United States. Previously, Patrick was President and COO of EV Connect, one of the largest EV Charging network service providers in the USA with international deployments in Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Patrick scaled EV Connect to almost 20,00 charging stations under management, over a quarter of a million drivers, while expanding strategic relationships to provide network services for companies such as bp, GM, Dominos, and 7-11, and was named to Time Magazine's 100 most influential companies in 2022. EVC was acquired by global electric equipment and services giant Schneider Electric in 2022 to become the backbone of their eMobilty strategy in North America and Europe.
